The staff are outstanding, even came outside the hotel lobby to assist me with my heavy bag cause car was parked blocking the ramp access

Excellent location, right next to a nice mall with shopping and great restaurant options. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you team for getting us towels right away!😊 The room itself was nice however the shower temperature keept fluctuating. It gets so cold and then gets so hot it’s unbearable. The sink faucet was hard to shut off I thought it was stuck! This would be such an easy and cheap fix if they really want to address it (room # 411). Buffet food is nice and convenient. They are standard Filipino dishes but all are yummy and delicious. All in all, I highly recommend it and would stay there again when I’m in town.

The hotel is showing signs of age. Some mold in the shower sprayer The restaurant is very good with a lot of choices on the menu. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom doesn’t make much sense. The toilet is in one room with a sink with no soap or towel to use after you finish. There is a full length mirror on the inside of the door, I guess, so you can watch yourself go??? The staff and spa staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice, free breakfast is good. The shower prossurw is low, but manageable. The aircon in our room don’t get that cold.
